Transformation has a ripple effect.
You’re not only liberating yourself—you’re creating a path for your descendants to live freer, fuller lives.
Trauma can be passed down through learned behaviors, beliefs, and coping mechanisms. For example, a parent who experienced significant hardship may unconsciously project fears, anxieties, or expectations onto their children.
Family dynamics often reflect unresolved trauma, creating cycles of dysfunction, neglect, or hyper-vigilance in subsequent generations.
Trauma doesn't just affect the mind; it can leave marks on the body. Extreme stress can cause changes in gene expression, which can then be inherited. Descendants of Holocaust survivors and those affected by slavery or genocide may carry heightened stress responses encoded in their DNA.
We'll walk you through tools to help you move this energy out of your body.
Communities that experience collective trauma (such as colonization, war, or forced displacement) often pass on cultural narratives, norms, and survival strategies tied to their historical struggles.
Systemic inequities and discrimination further reinforce the effects of ancestral trauma, perpetuating cycles of marginalization.
The good news is that you're not stuck with these scars—you can heal yourself and disconnect from unhealthy patterns.
Healing projects require the right tools. If you’re wanting freedom from old patterns that are ruling you and to learn to trust yourself fully—we've got easy to comprehend approaches to get you started.
Whether you've faced childhood adversity, emotional setbacks, or any form of trauma, we'll guide you towards a resilient and more joyous you.
Trauma work isn't always unicorns and rainbows. Amiright?! But here's what we know—courage always feels possible when you're in a safe, grounded space with other people who are on their healing journey along side you.
At the BPI we take time to set the energy for all of our events. We keep you in a spiritual bubble of healing vibes to help shift the energy you're ready to let go of.
This is one 1.5-hour class that we hope brings you comfort and insight. But we've got more for you when you're ready. If you leave our pop-up class feeling like you want to explore more—we've got a solid decade of courses and programs at the BPI for you to dive into.
Come for the healing.
